Installation Guide
Install your travel eSIM before departure. You need Wi‑Fi during setup and your QR code from the order confirmation email.
iPhone & iPad
- Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data) → Add eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code and scan the code from your order email.
- Label the line (e.g. Travel Data) and complete setup.
- Turn on the new line and enable Data Roaming for that line only.
- Disable data on your home SIM line while abroad if you want to avoid roaming fees.
Android
- Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add SIM → Download a SIM.
- Scan the QR code from your order email or enter details manually if provided.
- Set the travel eSIM as your mobile data line.
- Enable roaming on the travel eSIM line when you arrive at your destination.
Save your QR code as a screenshot or PDF backup. The plan usually activates on first connection at your destination. If installation fails, confirm your device is on our compatible devices list and is carrier-unlocked.
