Services

We sell prepaid mobile data eSIMs for travel. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on local network partners and are not guaranteed in all locations.

Eligibility

You must use a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. You are responsible for correct installation and enabling roaming on the correct SIM line.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds may be issued for failed provisioning or technical issues at our discretion; activated or partially used plans may not be refundable.

Agent program

Agents must comply with applicable laws, represent plans accurately, and not engage in fraud. Commission rates and payouts are described in the agent portal and may change with notice.

Limitation of liability

ESIM Hub is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service interruptions caused by third-party networks. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
